About Alphonsa Academy

St.Alphonsa Academy was Established in the Year 2000 at the Alphonsa Church in the name "Alphonsa Cultural Academy". In order to Develop the Cultural talents in Students,we are Conducting Various Competitions for the past 10 Year. Most of the Students from Various Schools, Arts Colleges and Engineering Collages of Kanyakumari and various Districts Participate in those Competitions and win various Prizes.

The Moto of Alphonsa Academy is to Propagate the mission of our heavenly patroness, St.Alphonsa, to the young generation of Kanyakumari district and various Districts.And also to make the Students follow St.Alphonsa in there life.

Alphonsa Cultural Academy aims at promoting the intellectual and cultural talents of students of schools and colleges. Our goal is to make the students develop there skills in every fields along with there studies in this Competative World.

General Rules

• All Competitions are Common for Both Male and Female.
• Seperate Points are given for individual performance and the Overall Alphonsa Championship goes to the School which Leads the Highest Point.
• In order to win prizes each school has to Participate in minimum four Category of events.
• Students of Alphonsa School do not Participate in the Competitions.
• Registration Fee: Registeration fee of Rs.25 per Participant in Drawing, Singing, Dancing, Essay writting and ,elocution Compotitions. And Rs.50 per Group for Quiz competition will be collected.
• All the School and Colleges that Participate in the events should register the Names of the Students, with the Permisson Signature of the principal or HeadMaster along with the Registeration fee on or Before 3 rd July.
• No names are Registered during the Competitions.
• Special Lunch is Provided for all the participants and Teachers inside the school Campus.
• The prize Winners are given prizes only on Prize Distribution Day held on the 2nd of Augest by 2.30 pm.
• Alphonsa Academy Provides Certificate of Participation for all the Students and Teachers who Participated in the Competitions.
